As a separate apartment, this converted barn with cathedral roof, oak beams and exposed stone walling, has just been upgraded to provide an ideal base for exploring the lovely Dordogne area.

Following these extensive renovations there is a completely refurbished kitchen with full gas hob. The shower room has been rebuilt with a newly installed top of the range shower unit .

There are new spiral stairs up to the newly extended and lowered mezzanine bedroom floor where there is a double and a single bed. This gite has been delicately modernised up to high standards whilst keeping the 200 year old beams and stonework on show.

Please note As shown below, there is a new spiral staircase and therefore may be slightly difficult for persons who have limited movement.

French windows lead from the front of the house into a wood-panelled living room, with double settee and dining area. The kitchen has a washing machine, tabletop oven, full size gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is a new shower room with washbasin and a seperate toilet

At the side of the house is private off-road parking with steps up to a lovely patio area which , this year, has just been extended and widened. This your own personal south-facing patio with dining furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and parasol.

Bed linen and towels are provided plus hair dryer. Travel cot available.
